Michigan's Jourdan Lewis misses second straight game with injury

Another week, another absence for Jourdan Lewis.

Michigan was once again without arguably its best player, as Lewis did not dress for Saturday's game against Central Florida after missing the season-opening win against Hawaii.

Lewis missed the Week 1 game with an injury, a fact that caused a bit of a stir when head coach Jim Harbaugh criticised ESPN commentator Ed Cunningham for speculating that Lewis was missing the game for disciplinary reasons. Harbaugh then clarified that it was an injury that kept Lewis out of the game.

Lewis was an All-Big Ten First Team selection last season and one of the top cornerbacks in the country. Michigan didn't need him in Week 1, beating Hawaii by 60.
