The Chicago Blackhawks have made their postseason call-ups, including the rookie who made a splash right out of training camp.

The Blackhawks have recalled Brandon Saad from the Saginaw Spirit, as well as Rockford forwards Jeremy Morin and Brandon Pirri, defensemen Joe Lavin and Ryan Stanton and goaltender Carter Hutton on Monday afternoon.

The 19-year-old Saad, who had a stellar training camp and started this regular season with the Blackhawks, had 34 goals and 76 points with the Spirit this season. He also finished with a team-high plus-35 rating.

Morin played in three games with the Blackhawks this season. Pirri had two assists in five Blackhawks games. Hutton was recalled twice this season but did not see any action with the Blackhawks.

Lavin and Stanton each had 17 points for the IceHogs this season. Lavin played in 71 games for Rockford; Stanton played in all 76.
