Former Blackhawks forward Ryan Hartman, now with the Minnesota Wild, delivered a big hit on Vancouver Canucks defenseman Christopher Tanev in the second period of the Wild's 3-0 victory in Game 1 of the teams' Stanley Cup Qualifiers series on Sunday.

Hartman, 25, was selected by the Blackhawks at No. 30 overall in the first round of the 2013 NHL Draft.

The winger, who played in parts of four seasons in Chicago, was also speared by Canucks forward Micheal Ferland in the third period of Game 1. Ferland was fined $5,000 by the NHL.
