The Bears continue to stay busy this offseason.

The team announced Friday morning that they have agree to terms with safety and special teams contributor Chris Prosinski on a one-year contract.

In his first season with the Bears last year, he registered 32 tackles, one sack, one forced fumble and one fumble recovery. He also recorded nine special teams stops, which ranked third on the team.

With the signing, the Bears have now brought back two important pieces on their special teams unit after they brought back Sherrick McManis earlier this month on a two-year deal.

Prosinski previously spent his first four seasons with Jacksonville and a brief stint in Philadelphia.

He originally signed with the Bears as a free agent in September 2015.
