Brian Urlacher is suing a Florida hair clinic

Brian Urlacher's transformation from bald former linebacker to suddenly-hairy former linebacker has been one of the biggest topics of discussion since he retired from the NFL.

Urlacher — who is eligible for the Hall of Fame in the Class of 2018 — has been the spokesman for Restore Hair over the last couple years and you can't drive more than 5 minutes on an expressway in Chicago without seeing one of his "tackle baldness" billboards.

But a Florida hair clinic has used Urlacher's hair-infusion image in their advertisements and he's responded with a lawsuit for misappropriation seeking over $200,000 in damages.

The Charles Medical Group in Boca Raton, Fla., reportedly used his image, mentioned his hair restoration and even used his name at various points, according to the lawsuit.

Apparently, Charles Medical Group also used Urlacher's likeness to offer flight reimbursements and hotel plans for Chicagoland customers.
