For the second time in as many days, the Blackhawks locked up another prospect.

The team announced Monday that they have agreed to terms with forward Anthony Louis on a two-year deal that begins next season and runs through the end of the 2018-19 campaign.

Unlike John Hayden, who was signed Sunday and joined the Blackhawks on Monday, Louis will report to the American Hockey League's Rockford IceHogs and finish the season there.

Louis, 22, recently wrapped up his senior season at Miami University, where he set career highs with 14 goals and 39 points in 36 games. He amassed 46 goals and 80 assists in 145 career games across four seasons during his collegiate career.

At 5-foot-8, 160 pounds, Louis is an undersized but offensively-skilled and speedy player who played both center and wing in college.

The Winfield, Ill. native was drafted by the Blackhawks in the sixth round (No. 181 overall) of the 2013 NHL Draft.
