Before the Blackhawks got going on their postseason campaign, they continued making dreams come true for some of their biggest fans.
In the latest video featuring the team's "What's Your Goal" campaign, Patrick Kane granted one fan's wish by delivering dinner to her husband and the other hard-working firefighters at his station.
