The Bulls revealed the name of their D-League on Wednesday morning, officially making the Windy City Bulls the league's newest franchise. The name was chosen over the Great Lakes Bulls and Heartland Bulls, the other two finalists after more than 3,600 suggestions were submitted.

The Bulls will play their 24 home games at the Sears Centre Arena in Hoffman Estates, Ill., beginning in 2016-17. Basketball and business operations will also be housed there. Bulls president and COO Michael Reinsdorf said in November that staying close to Chicago was an important factor, not only to be able to ship players to and from the NBA team but also for fans to be able to watch the D-League team play.
