Have we seen the last of Dwyane Wade in a Bulls uniform?
Wade was ruled out for the regular season with an elbow strain and fracture, the Bulls announced Thursday. He suffered the injury in Wednesday night's game against the Memphis Grizzlies at the United Center.
The Chicago native signed a two-year, $47 million deal with his hometown team last offseason, with Year 2 being a player option.
As of Thursday, the Bulls are one game back from a playoff spot. Time will tell if they'll be playing basketball after April 12, but their chances certainly take hit without the 35-year-old veteran.
What the Bulls do in the offseason, too, will likely play a factor in Wade's decision. Will they "retool" or tear the whole thing down?
