As part of our coverage leading up to the 2015 NBA Draft we will provide profiles of more than 60 prospects, including video interviews with each player, what they're saying leading up to draft day as well as their potential fit on the Bulls.

Quinn Cook, G, Duke

6'2" | 179 lbs. | 22 years old

2014-15 stats:

15.3 points, 3.4 rebounds, 2.6 assists, 1.0 steals, 45.4 FG%, 35.8 minutes

Projection:

Second round to undrafted

Quotable:

"Rebounding’s something I’ve always been good at. The size really didn’t bother me. I always seemed to find a way to get the ball. I have a knack for getting the ball. It comes naturally to me so that’s something I take pride in. I think I’ll be able to do it on the next level. I don’t know if I’ll do it at the same level I did at UCLA right away but I think over time I’ll definitely be one of the best rebounders."

Fit for the Bulls:

Cook shifted to shooting guard in his final season at Duke to make room for Tyus Jones. But three years of handling primary point-guard duties in Coach K's system makes him a versatile player and an intriguing second-round prospect. He did a lot of maturing on and off the court in Durham, takes care of the ball and has excellent range. The Bulls don't have a second-round pick so he's unlikely to wind up in Chicago, but if Cook goes undrafted he'd make for excellent summer camp competition at the point guard spot. He's undersized but didn't play like it, a trait that could carry over at the next level if he continues to improve.
