Jimmy Butler's meeting in Alabama with Dr. James Andrews went well, a league source told CBS' Ken Berger.

Butler missed 11 games in February after suffering a left knee strain on Feb. 5 against the Denver Nuggets. He made he return to the lineup Saturday against the Houston Rockets, scoring 24 points in 34 minutes. But he was ruled out of Monday's matchup against the Bucks after swelling in that left knee occurred. Butler was also dealing with a stiff back at the time.

Fred Hoiberg then said Butler would seek a second opinion from Dr. Andrews, one of the most esteemed sports doctors in the country.

In 49 games this season Butler is averaging 22.4 points, 5.3 rebounds and 4.3 assists in 37.8 minutes per game.
