The Cubs hit just .200 as a team in the NLDS with Russell and Rizzo combining to go 2-for-30 with a pair of walks and six strikeouts.

Baez, however, hit .375 with a .974 OPS and turned in highlight after highlight in the field.

Bryant also hit .375 in the four games against the Giants with two doubles, a homer and three RBI.

The Cubs will go up against Kenta Maeda of the Dodgers. The 28-year-old Japanese rookie was 16-11 with a 3.48 ERA and 1.13 WHIP in his first year in America but posted a 4.25 ERA and 1.21 WHIP after the All-Star Break.

Here's how the Dodgers will line up behind Maeda:

1. Howie Kendrick - LF
2. Justin Turner - 3B
3. Corey Seager - SS
4. Yasiel Puig - RF
5. Adrian Gonzalez - 1B
6. Carlos Ruiz - C
7. Kike Hernandez - 2B
8. Joc Pederson - CF
9. Kenta Maeda

With the lefty Lester on the mound, the Dodgers are going with their right-handed heavy lineup with left-handed veterans Chase Utley and Josh Reddick on the bench along with switch-hitting catcher Yasmani Grandal.
