Munenori Kawasaki is once again making headlines in Cubs spring camp.
The year after the veteran infielder entertained his teammates, his coaches and the media with a stirring rendition of "I Don't Wanna Miss a Thing" (among other theatrics), Kawasaki is now starring in a commercial for Kirin, a Japanese beverage:
The brief ad spot runs at the first 15 seconds of the video, with the "making of" following.
Kawasaki is shown holding a baseball, dancing, wielding a sword and just generally being his awesome, wildly-entertaining self.
The 35-year-old Kawasaki played only 14 games for the big-league Cubs last year, but appeared in 102 contests for Triple-A Iowa. He signed with the Cubs as a free agent again in January.
