Cubs show support for Blackhawks with customized sweaters

The Cubs lost Sunday's series finale against the Brewers, but there's no question they won the postgame.

Manager Joe Maddon and starter Jason Hammel both conducted their postgame press conferences donning customized Blackhawks jerseys the team will wear as they begin a seven-game road trip.

"We all got our own tops with our names on the backs and their numbers," Maddon said after the 5-3 loss. "Really well done. Outstanding. It's very exciting."

The Blackhawks face the Minnesota Wild tonight at the United Center, looking to take a 2-0 lead in the second round series.

After the game relief pitcher Zac Rosscup tweeted a picture of the sweaters.
