Sports Illustrated asked 215 Major League baseball players to vote on the meanest player in baseball.

Taking 29 percent of the vote, catcher A.J. Pierzynski won the title. Ozzie Guillen said in an SI press release about his catcher, "If you play against (Pierzynski), you hate him. If you play with him, you hate him a little less."

Cubs pitcher Carlos Zambrano wasn't too far behind, taking home five percent of the votes and landing in fourth place.
