The White Sox had another walk-off winner on Friday night.
Just two days after Tim Anderson's game-winning hit, Yolmer Sanchez — nicknamed El del Piñonal for Player's Weekend — delivered a walk-off hit to give the White Sox a 3-2 win over the Detroit Tigers.
Anderson kicked things off in the bottom of the ninth with a double, and it didn't take long for the White Sox to end it. Sanchez followed by hitting one down the right field line, which scored the 24-year-old from second.
In case you were wondering, no, there wasn't a #RallyUnicorn sighting on Friday night. But the White Sox have won three games since.
Naturally, the Gatorade bath was in full effect.
