The first baseman has a huge frame, standing at 6-foot-5 and both hits and throws lefty. During his junior season for the Demon Deacons, Sheets improved his power numbers, hitting 20 dingers to go along with 81 RBI. He also produced a .317/.418/.626 slash line.

Sheets is the son of former MLB outfielder Larry Sheets, who hit 94 career home runs in eight seasons.
