Seven baseball games were scheduled to be hosted by teams in either the AL Central or NL Central on Sunday. One of them was played.
The Cubs, scheduled to host the Braves, got postponed. The White Sox haven't played since Thursday. The last three games of what was supposed to be a four-game set in Minnesota were wiped out by a blizzard.
The Tigers and Indians postponed home games on both Saturday and Sunday. The Royals also called off Sunday's game due to cold.
So with all of this going on in the Midwest, the Padres decided to show off the lovely weather San Diego has on a regular basis.
