Adam Dunn is a late scratch from Wednesday night's White Sox lineup as the team looks to take Game 2 of their three-game series in St. Louis. Dunn is out with a slightly sprained right ankle.

It is not known how Dunn injured his ankle, and it appears he is day-to-day at this time. He hit his 21st home run Tuesday night in the White Sox's 6-1 win.

Dunn will be replaced by Dayan Viciedo.
