2K Sports has published sports video games ever since they were founded back in 2005. The company is most well known for their MLB and NBA 2K series. Since revealing their first PC game back in 2008 with NBA 2K9, the company has released 35 different video games.
CNBC's Darren Rovell revealed a preview of the upcoming 2K Sports NBA 2K13 cover photo, featuring Derrick Rose, Blake Griffin, and Kevin Durant. The video game will be made available for purchase on Oct. 2.
