President Barack Obama joined the Monday Night Football broadcast at halftime and on the eve of the election, talked some sports with Chris Berman.
Obama discussed the college football playoff system set to take effect in 2014, but Chicagoans were assuredly more interested in the comments that followed the brief NCAA discussion.
When asked if the Bears were good enough to win the Super Bowl, Mr. President didn't even hesitate.

"Yes they are," he said. "Best defense in the league right now. You saw yesterday's game. Charles Tillman may be Defensive Player of the Year the way he's playing."
Political thoughts aside, it's definitely nice having a Chicagoan -- and more importantly, a Chicago sports fan -- in office.
