No. 18 Maine South

2014 Record: 10-1 (5-0) won the Central Suburban South conference in 2014. Beat Niles West then lost to Barrington in the 8A second round of the IHSA state playoffs.

Why did the Hawks make the @CSNPreps Power Rankings?
Maine South has several key starters back and the Hawks remain one of the top overall programs in the Chicagoland area.

Areas of concern heading into the 2015 season? Can the Hawks reload at a few key spots this fall?

It will be a good season if:
The Hawks shotgun spread offense kicks into overdrive and the defense matches the offense's intensity and production.

Headliners?
Senior quarterback Brian Collis will be a rare four-year starter in 2015. Senior OL/DL Liam O'Sullivan (Cincinnati) and junior OL Kevin Jarvis (offers from Illinois, Rutgers and Toledo) hold down the line play for the Hawks.

Biggest Game of 2015?
October 9th at New Trier. You can definitely argue that the first two games are huge for Maine South — at Montini then hosting Loyola — yet the annual game against the rival Trevians could be a dandy.

Did You Know?
Maine South has won 70 straight Central Suburban South conference games.
