DEKALB, Ill — Three touchdown runs by Prince Walker and two by Justin Blake propelled unbeaten Montini to a 38-15 victory over Crete-Monee for the Class 6A championship on Saturday.

Montini (14-0) had lost in the Class 5A championship game the last two years after winning four straight from 2009-2012.

Blake's 64-yard touchdown run along the left sideline, the first of his scores, swung the momentum, earning Montini an 18-15 lead with 1:13 left in the second quarter.
