Derrick Rose took to YouTube to give fans an update on his ACL rehabilitation. Rose tore the ACL in his left knee with 1:11 remaining in Game 1 of the first round of the NBA Playoffs.
The 2011 NBA MVP had been quiet for much of the off-season, but spoke directly to his fans in a 45-second video clip.
"What's up, fans out there? This is D-Rose. I want to start by saying thank you for all your support: Prayers, cards, messages, emails, just checking up on me," he said. "I know I haven't been out there but I appreciate everything and I appreciate you all watching this video. I'm just doing therapy every day."
Rose did not give a timetable for his return, but told fans he would be fine and to keep showing the support they already have showed.

"Hopefully y'all will see me back out there soon. My biggest concern is, don't worry about me. I know I'm gonna be alright, I know that I'm healthy, I know I'm positive, I believe in God, so I should be back there on the court soon. And I hope that you support not only me, but the Bulls. Peace out."
