Decade's most clutch players - New York Jets
An unknown receiver coming out of Hofstra, Chrebet played his entire career for the Jets from 1995 - 2005. And while he never made a Pro Bowl, his sure hands made him the receiver quarterbacks always wanted to go to in their time of need.
The receiver had two stints with the Jets, from 2000 - 2002 and 2005 - 2008. The first touchdown catch of his career came against the Dolphins in 2000 in what was named the "Monday Night Miracle".
Lewis was a Jets linebacker his entire career, playing from 1991 - 2003 and making three Pro Bowls. Besides his leadership, Lewis is also known as the player who knocked out Drew Bledsoe in 2001, leading to Tom Brady taking over as the Patriots starting quarterback.
Martin was a 5-time Pro Bowl running back who played for the Jets from 1998 - 2006. He also led the NFL in rushing in 2004.
Pennington played quarterback for the Jets from 2000 - 2007 and while it didn't look pretty, Chad had the knack of making big plays and winning games despite his lack of arm strength.
