Nov. 4 - Showdown in Indy

The Patriots take their 8-0 record to Indy to play the 7-0 Colts. By now, a huge swath of football-watching America seems to want the Patriots to get their comeuppance. And even if they don’t, huge segments of the media definitely do. Indy comes close to giving it to them but the Patriots erase a 10-point deficit in the final 9:42 as Brady fixates on Moss. New England wins 24-20. Keeping to the storyline, there’s a postgame controversy. Indy’s accused of pumping recorded sound into the stadium and a CBS audio glitch makes the rounds as evidence. CBS says it wasn’t the stadium. More clucking ensues.
