We'll start with offense and coaching superlatives today, and continue with defense and special teams later in the week.

Best coach: Pete Carroll, USC

Best program builder: Bob Stoops, Oklahoma

Best coach to win one game: Mark Richt, Georgia

Best play caller: Bob Petrino, Arkanasas

Best motivator: Urban Meyer, Florida

Best shot at moving up: Steve Sarkisian, offensive coordinator, USC.

Best shot at moving out: Tyrone Willingham, Washington

Best dual threat QB: Pat White, West Virginia

Best pro style QB: Curtis Painter, Purdue

Best QB in the clutch: Chase Daniel, Missouri

Best QB in the two-minute drill: Tim Tebow, Florida

Best QB you've never heard of: Max Hall, BYU

Best RB Between the tackles: LeSean McCoy, Pittsburgh

Best RB on the perimeter: C.J. Spiller, Clemson

Best RB on third and short: Javon Ringer, Michigan State

Best RB workhorse: Chris Wells, Ohio State

Best WR/TE over the middle: Travis Beckum, Wisconsin
