Exclusive! First Lady Laura Bush — joined by Afghanistan's Ambassador to the U.S., Said Jawad — discusses a subject very dear to her heart: the lives of women in Afghanistan. She will also share her thoughts on life after the White House and her advice to the incoming First Lady, Michelle Obama.
Then, he's a champion sailor, cable innovator and philanthropist. Now Ted Turner is adding author to his list of accomplishments. He has written a new book about his life and will share his views on many issues ranging from the economy, the auto industry and even Jane Fonda.
Plus, a special Thanksgiving Sunday "Meet the Press Minute". On October 20, 1957, another First Lady with a strong interest in the global community — Eleanor Roosevelt — appeared on "Meet the Press" to talk about her 3 hour meeting with communist leader Nikita Khrushchev of the Soviet Union.
