In 2010 the VERSUS network premiered an exciting, new outdoor television series called Majesty Outdoors. Unlike other outdoor programs, Majesty Outdoors invites a teen who has never experienced a hunting or fishing adventure, to take part in an amazing weekend. For these young people, such an opportunity has not been available because a "Dad" does not or can not participate in their lives. As the host, I understand their situation, having grown up in a "fatherless" home myself. My desire is to invest in them as a Dad, both on and off camera, through multiple episodes and introduce them to the great outdoors. As some of you know, there is nothing like the thrill of reeling in a big redfish or the heart pounding quiet as that buck approaches your blind... that experience is what we are capturing on tape. Majesty Outdoors is not about the "catch or kill".but the total outdoor adventure!
For our production in 2011, we were awarded two "Telly Awards" and several nominations from the "Outdoors 360" awards group.
Based on my 10 years in youth ministry, I feel like this growing "fatherless" generation is part of the reason there is so much strife in society today. Not having that "constant" male role model in their life has led to increased issues such as learning disabilities, increased suicides, increased drug and alcohol abuse and sexual promiscuity.
Please join us on this great outdoor adventure by supporting teens and this program. If you have any questions, feel free to contact me at (512) 924-2093 or by email at email@example.com.

Never under estimate the power of your actions... with one small gesture, you CAN change a young person's life!
