Markelle Fultz will miss at least the Sixers' next three games because of right shoulder soreness, the team announced Wednesday morning.

According to NBC Sports Philadelphia's John Clark, there's no structural issue with Fultz's shoulder.

Fultz will be reevaluated next Tuesday, the Sixers said.

On Tuesday, Fultz's agent, Raymond Brothers, said the 2017 No. 1 overall pick "had a cortisone shot on Oct. 5, which means fluid was put into his shoulder — not taken out."

A team source told NBC Sports Philadelphia's Jessica Camerato that Fultz has been undergoing physiotherapy and has met with multiple specialists.
