While Ruben Amaro Jr. may not believe it, the children are our future.

So we'll give a pass to the youngsters who drew these pictures of the Phillies that were used on the jumbotron at the first Sunday game at Citizens Bank Park of the season.

They are rather fascinating, however. The description from the Phillies' Facebook:

Kids draw the darndest things. Here’s your starting lineup from today, as sketched by Phillies Phundamentals children and shown on PhanaVision at our Turkey Hill Kid’s Opening Day at Citizens Bank Park. Enjoy – and let’s go Phils!

But you can you match up any of the drawings with the actual player they are supposed to represent? I got Ryan Howard. And I swore I would get Jake Diekman. Alas, I was incorrect on every other one.
