Eagles' QB options
There aren't many interesting QB options available for the Eagles. In fact, Colin Kaepernick is the only QB listed on NFL.com's list of the top 100 free agents.
Kaepernick hasn't played at all this season, and he's suing the NFL for collusion to keep him unsigned.
Kaepernick last played on New Year's Day 2017, a 25-23 loss to the Seahawks.
Tony Romo is firmly entrenched in his color commentary role with CBS and the reviews have been mostly positive. He has a chance to be really good at this for a really long time.
Romo retired because of a series of serious back injuries, so it's almost impossible to see him leaving the booth to go risk a debilitating lifelong injury.
Robert Griffin III
RG3 is out of the NFL this season after playing just five games with the Browns in 2016. His first game with Cleveland was against the Eagles — the 2016 season opener, when he went 12 for 26 for 190 yards, threw an interception and injured his shoulder.
Griffin tweeted out some positive thoughts to Carson Wentz after the crushing knee injury.
"He's our baby, baby!" Although at 47, Garcia no longer qualifies as a baby.
A.J. Feeley still lives in the area! He also hasn't played since 2011.
Worst option. Who could possibly make less sense? Nobody, right?
Oh, that's right.
