Comcast SportsNet, CSNPhilly.com to provide extensive multiplatform Flyers first-round coverage

Comcast SportsNet Philadelphia will have comprehensive coverage of the Philadelphia Flyers first round NHL Playoffs series against the Washington Capitals.  The series kicks off on Thursday, April 14 on CSN.

CSN will air six of a possible seven games in the first round with Flyers broadcasters Jim Jackson, Bill Clement and Chris Therien bringing viewers all the action.

CSN will have extensive pre and postgame coverage with interviews and analysis before and after each game.  Michael Barkann will host “Flyers Pregame Live” and “Flyers Postgame Live” with John Boruk reporting alongside hockey analyst Al Morganti.  

In addition to live pre and postgame coverage, CSN and TCN will have extensive coverage in “Breakfast on Broad,” “Philly Sports Talk,” “SportsNet Central,” online at CSNPhilly.com, and on Facebook and Twitter.

CSN will also air a Flyers playoff special, “The Ultimate Goal,” on Wednesday, April 13 at 6:30 p.m.  This special will preview the Flyers-Capitals series.
