Eagles, Cowboys now tied for best odds to win NFC East

The Eagles currently have a half-game lead over the Cowboys in the NFC East standings, but the oddsmakers have the rivals neck and neck for the division crown.

The Eagles and Cowboys both have 7/4 odds to win the division, according to Bovada. The Cowboys and Giants came into Week 4 as co-NFC East favorites with 11/5 odds.

New York's odds lengthened to 4/1 after a loss to the Vikings on Monday. The Redskins' odds shortened to 5/1 after beating the Browns. The Eagles and Cowboys both have the seventh-best odds to win the Super Bowl at 22/1. The two teams will meet in Dallas on Oct. 30 and in Philadelphia on New Year's Day to end the season.

Carson Wentz also saw his MVP odds improve after the bye week. Wentz's odds went from 33/1 to 25/1. However, Wentz's odds to win the NFC Offensive Rookie of the Year lenghthened from 7/4 to 9/4. Cowboys rookie runnig back Ezekiel Elliot had something to do with that. Elliot's odds shortened from 7/4 to 2/3 after he ran for 138 yards and a touchdown against the San Francisco 49ers on Sunday.
