A look at Alshon Jeffery's over/under targets with Eagles in 2017

The Eagles snagged the top free-agent wide receiver on the market last week when they brought in Alshon Jeffery.

Jeffery, 27, turned down other opportunities to come to the Eagles on a one-year prove-it deal. Now, it's up to Jeffery to prove that he deserves a big long-term deal.

Here are his over/under targets for 2017, according to Bovada

Receiving yards: 950
Receiving touchdowns: 6.5

Those numbers would be more of a return to what Jeffery was doing during his 2013 and 2014 seasons. He hasn't surpassed 950 yards or 6.5 touchdowns since the 2014 season.

In 2015, he had 807 yards and four touchdowns in nine games. In 2016, he had 821 yards and two touchdowns in 12 games. Those two years came after huge seasons in 2013 and 2014.

While the Eagles added Jeffery and Torrey Smith in free agency to give Carson Wentz some legitimate weapons, but those moves didn't change their odds to win the Super Bowl.

According to Bovada, the Eagles' odds to win the Super Bowl are still at 50/1, the same they were in early February.

The Eagles have the same odds as Cincinnati, Miami and Washington. The Patriots are still the favorites to win it all, but have moved up from 5/1 to 4/1.
