OTTAWA -- Well, it’s finally over for Jakub Voracek.

His power-play goal (second of the season) in the second period against the Senators ended a 12-game goal drought for him on Monday night.

Alas, the Flyers still lost to the Senators, 5-4, in a shootout (see story).

“It was a good feeling,” Voracek said. “I almost forgot how it feels.”

Voracek now has 13 points.

The Flyers are now 4 for 15 on this road trip on the power play through five games. They end the trip Wednesday in Chicago.

“It was a great power play set up,” Voracek said, referring to the assists from Scott Hartnell and Kimmo Timonen. “A great breakout since the beginning.

“I just tried to put the puck on the net. Got a lucky rebound and I just tried to release the puck as quick as possible.”
