Soul bounce back from loss by rolling past Sharks

The question this week was how would the Soul would respond to last week's defeat in Cleveland.

They answered those questions with authority on Saturday night in Jacksonville.

Quarterback Dan Raudabaugh went 21 for 25 for 289 yards and six touchdowns to lead the Soul past the Sharks, 56-42. Wideout Ryan McDaniel led the Soul with 10 receptions for 167 yards and three scores

The victory pushed the Soul's record to 8-2 on the season.

"We needed to win this game tonight," Soul head coach Clint Dolezel said. "Jacksonville is a tough team, but we came to play on both sides of the ball. I am confident this win will give us the momentum we need to continue strong for the remainder of the season."

Next week, the Soul return home, sort of. They'll take on the Los Angeles Kiss Saturday at the Sun National Bank Center in Trenton, New Jersey.
