SportsNet New York shared a couple of videos from around 9 a.m. today of Citi Field looking more like a Winter Wonderland than a ballpark ready for hittin' weather.
The Yankees' home opener a couple of miles away over in the Bronx has already been postponed but that was scheduled to be a 1:05 p.m. start. Will the Phillies get their game in tonight against the Mets? We'll probably have to wait a few more hours to find out but most reports believe things should clear up by the scheduled 7:10 p.m. game time.
I'd love to see the game go on this evening if for no other reason than to see what wacky decisions it would force Gabe Kapler to make.
