On Tuesday, Major League Baseball released the hats and jerseys for select special event days throughout the season. They released the looks for all 30 MLB teams for Mother's Day Weekend, Memorial Day Weekend, Fathers Day Weekend and Independence Day.
Mother's Day Weekend -- May 13-14
The Phillies will be in Washington to take on the Nationals.
Memorial Day Weekend -- May 27-29
The Phillies will play the first two games at home against the Cincinnati Reds before playing the Miami Marlins on the road on Monday.
Father's Day Weekend -- June 17-18
The Phillies will be playing at home against the Arizona Diamondbacks.

Independence Day Weekend -- July 1-4
The Phillies will be on the road to play the Mets on Saturday and Sunday before returning home to play the Pittsburgh Pirates on Monday and Tuesday.
