TMZ: LeSean McCoy Being Sued for Alleged Party Bus Assault

LeSean McCoy has been yucking it up at the NovaCare Complex a lot lately, challenging Michael Vick to races, acting like he didn’t know Matt Barkley’s first name. Some of his hijinks allegedly are not so benign.

According to a report from TMZ (via CBS Philly), a woman has filed a lawsuit against Shady claiming the All-Pro running back humiliated and possibly assaulted her on a party bus in December, 2012.

Her story is McCoy invited 15 women on the bus to New York when she says the following occurred:

During the trip, the lawsuit alleges, McCoy, along with his bodyguard and a couple of other guys, began to spray some of the women with water.

Roe claims she protested the water spraying ... so McCoy ordered his bodyguard Big John to "get her."

In the suit, filed May 10 in Philadelphia, the woman claims McCoy and/or Big John proceeded to hit her in the face, causing her to fall to the ground.

While she was on the floor, the men allegedly physically restrained her and poured a beverage onto her hair, clothes and body.

And if things couldn't get worse ... the woman claims McCoy and Big John then forcibly ejected her from the party bus on the side of the New Jersey Turnpike.

Apparently some of the other women on the bus complained, so they picked the woman back up, then dropped her off again at a rest stop.

This is not the first time McCoy has been cast negatively in the media. In January the 24-year-old back had a public dispute on Twitter with a woman who is the mother of his son, one month after the supposed incident.

Until these stories emerged however, the most negative thing he had been involved with was a rather tame Twitter feud then-Giants defensive end with Osi Umenyiora.

Asked about LeBron James after Sixers game, Kyrie Irving says @*#^*!#%&*

Apparently Kyrie Irving doesn't want to talk about LeBron James.

After the Celtics' win over the Sixers on Friday, a fan asked Irving, "Where's LeBron?"

Irving's response ... NSFW ...

WARNING: The video contains offensive language. But if that kind of thing doesn't bother you, you can watch it here.

Irving was asked about the incident by reporters Saturday.

So what he's basically saying is "sorry, not sorry."

With the video circulating around social media, expect Irving to hear from the league.
