TORONTO (AP) Defender Doneil Henry made two mistakes that led to New England goals as the Revolution defeated FC Toronto 2-1 on Saturday.

Henry, who missed three games with a knee injury, was charged with a hand ball in the penalty area in the 82nd minute. Lee Nguyen picked up his fourth goal of the season on the penalty kick for the winner.

Henry's turnover in the 24th minute led to the Revolution's first goal. Daigo Kobayashi capitalized and sent a through ball for rookie Patrick Mullins, whose left-footed strike beat diving goalkeeper Julio Cesar to tie the game 1-1. It was Mullins' first career goal.

Toronto, which has lost three straight, got a goal from A.J. Soares in the 6th minute.
