NL: Bryce Harper, OF, Washington Nationals
In his second year in the majors, Bryce Harper proved his rookie season was no fluke. He may have only played in 58 games this season, but he has hit 13 home runs.
NL: David Wright, 3B, New York Mets
In his ninth year in the majors, David Wright has a .304 batting average and has hit 13 home runs.
NL: Michael Cuddyer, OF, Colorado Rockies
The twelve year veteran, Michael Cuddyer has not slowed at all with age and currently has a .330 batting average with 16 home runs.
AL: Chris Davis, 1B, Baltimore Orioles
Chris Davis hit his way into the Derby by leading the MLB with a whopping 37 home runs, seven more than the second place Miguel Cabrera.
AL: Robinson Cano, 2B, New York Yankees
The Yankees may be 13th in the AL in home runs, but it is not because of Robinson Cano. Cano has 21 home runs and a .302 batting average.
AL: Prince Fielder, 1B, Detroit Tigers
Prince Fielder is always one of the league's best power hitters and this year is no exception. Heading into the break, Fielder has 16 home runs.
AL: Yoenis Cespedes, LF, Oakland Athletics
Oakland is once again over-achieving and Yoenis Cespedes is major reason why. He has a .225 batting average and has hit 15 home runs.
