There are certain pages on Wikipedia that you can't edit. For example, Justin Bieber and President Barack Obama. Ravens quarterback Joe Flacco isn't in that category.
Yesterday, the Twitter account, @congressedits tweeted out that there was a change made to Flacco's Wikipedia page. The change: "All that said, he is not an elite quarterback." This question, or debate, rather has been a topic of discussion for quite some time now, and is kind of popular in politics, as well.

Congress Edits is a Twitter bot that tweets anonymous Wikipedia edits made from IP addresses in the U.S. Congress, which means it could potentially be a person from the House.

“The IP address offers some clues, but little clarity. There are changes to the pages for Rep. Al Green of Texas, Rep. Kathy Castor of Florida, Rep. Mike Hubbard of Alabama, even Rep. C.A. Dutch Ruppersberger of Maryland," said The Baltimore Sun’s Jonas Shaffer.
The debate and identity of the person who made the edit is still up in the air.
