OWINGS MILLS – Ravens left tackle Eugene Monroe (shoulder) was listed as doubtful on Friday’s injury report, meaning James Hurst would likely start Sunday against the Chargers. Monroe has already missed three games this season (concussion), Weeks 2-4, and he only played briefly Week 1 against the Broncos before suffering the concussion.
Listed as questionable for the Ravens were safety Kendrick Lewis (knee), right guard Kelechi Osemele (knee), and tight end Maxx Williams (knee, ankle). However, all three practiced on a limited basis Friday.
Wide receiver Steve Smith (knee) and safety Terrence Brooks (thumb) were listed as probable and were expected to play. Brooks has missed the last two games, and would help the Ravens’ secondary depth if he returned.
Listed as out for the Ravens are cornerback Tray Walker (concussion) and wide receiver Breshad Perriman.
For the Chargers, three starters have been declared out – guard Orlando Franklin (ankle), linebacker Manti Te’o (ankle), and safety Eric Weddle (groin). Starting tight end Antonio Gates (knee) is questionable.
