After putting his shoe back on, Smith tried to run several times on the bench, but he was still in discomfort.
At that point, Smith went to the locker room for further evaluation. There was no immediate announcement on Smith’s prospects for returning to the game.
Smith had already caught three passes for 29 yards when he left the game, coming off an eight-catch, 111-yard performance against the Raiders in Week 4. He would obviously be missed by the Ravens offense if unable to return.
UPDATE 1: Smith Sr. makes his way back to the sidelines, but has yet to go back in the game.
UPDATE 2: As the Ravens come back onto the field for the second half, Smith Sr. has been ruled out for the remainder of the game with an ankle injury.
