Redskins' Josh Norman out four weeks with rib and lung issues

Redskins cornerback Josh Norman exited Monday night's game against the Chiefs after hurting himself on a tackle late in the second half.

As it turns out, Norman fractured his rib on the play and on Friday, Ian Rapoport announced he would be out four weeks with rib and associated lung issues. 

The team's best cornerback, Norman also injured his shoulder during Week 2 against the Rams and was listed on the team's injury report ahead of their Week 3 game against the Raiders. 

The Redskins are currently on their bye week and will host the San Francisco 49ers on Sunday, Oct. 15.
