The Redskins lost another player from their 2014 Draft, as second-rounder Trent Murphy signed with the Bills in free agency, according to NFL Network.
The Redskins offered Murphy a contract during the tampering period, sources confirmed, but it never seemed clear that the outside linebacker would return to Washington.
A breakout player during the 2016 season, Murphy registered nine sacks that season.
He missed all of the 2017 season with an ACL injury, and also dealt with a four-game suspension for PED use.
Murphy lands amid a number of Redskins 2014 draft picks exiting in free agency.
