The Redskins’ injury situation continued to improve on Thursday, even if just a little bit. Here’s quick rundown from Redskins Park:
*CB Bashaud Breeland (hamstring) suited up for practice, including game pants, and stretched with his teammates. He also participated in some individual drills before heading to the rehab field, where he joined C Kory Lichtensteiger and a team trainer. Breeland was listed as ‘DNP’ on Wednesday, so …progress?
*Lichtensteiger (neck) worked off to the side for the second straight day. He was also listed as 'DNP' on Wednesday. Based on Jay Gruden’s comments, though, it doesn’t sound like he’ll be ready for the Patriots on Sunday.
*ILB Keenan Robinson (rib/abdomen) was full-go on Wednesday but did not appeared to be practicing at all on Thursday. He was not on the rehab field. Instead, he watched the other linebackers from the sideline.
*WR DeSean Jackson stretched with his teammates and participated in some individual drills. He was listed as ‘limited’ on Wednesday but indicated afterward that he intends to play at Foxboro.
*DE Jason Hatcher (knee/maintenance), CB Chris Culliver (knee), CB DeAngelo Hall (toe), OLB Ryan Kerrigan (hand) were all participating in individual drills when practice was closed to the media. Hatcher did not practice on Wednesday. Culliver, Hall and Kerrigan were listed as limited on Wednesday.
*Culliver appeared to be unencumbered by the knee injury that sidelined him the previous three games. Hall, however, still seemed to be bothered by the toe that’s kept him out of four straight contests. Still, it represented more work than Hall has done since the injury.
