The Wizards are playing the Suns in Phoenix tonight, and to get themselves ready for the game, they decided to do a little dancing. At least, we're pretty sure that's dancing. Either way, we can't stop watching.
One of the reasons Kelly Oubre was drafted in the first round, besides his freakish athleticism, was his defensive potential thanks to those absurdly long arms. He puts them to good use here on the "dance floor" as he swings them in rhythm with the chanting girls in the background. Every time you think he's winding down, he brings a new move to the table.
With every viewing, I notice something else. Ian Mahinmi and Jodie Meeks join in, though Mahinmi might actually just be adjusting his pants. The chanting girls are almost as into it as the players, and shouts to Jason Smith for looking really proud of his dance moves (deservedly so). But let's be honest, this is Kelly Oubre Show. We knew the man had style. Now, we know he's got the moves to back it up.
Time to go watch this roughly 50 more times.
