  • DET Running Back #5
Montgomery was listed as limited earlier in the week but doesn’t carry a game status heading into the weekend. The veteran back should be good to go against the Saints and will rank as a fringe RB1/RB2. Montgomery has totaled 285 yards from scrimmage and three touchdowns on 41 touches since returning from injury in Week 10, splitting touches with Jahmyr Gibbs.
  • NO Wide Receiver #12
Olave has practiced throughout the week but has yet to clear concussion protocol. We don’t yet know his status heading into the weekend, but regardless of what the team lists him as, he can’t play if he hasn’t cleared protocol. Allen said Olave still has a chance to clear protocol, but there’s a good chance he will miss Week 13’s contest against the Lions. We’ll be sure to check back in when we have more information.
  • ARI Tight End #85
McBride closed out the week with limited practices on back-to-back days and should be good to go against the Steelers. The second-year tight end has quickly become one of the best tight ends in fantasy, posting TE1 finishes in five of his last seven games. Those who have him should be slotting him into their lineups on Sunday against the Steelers.
  • ARI Wide Receiver #2
Brown hasn’t practiced all week, but that didn’t stop the team from listing him as questionable for Week 13. Head coach Jonathan Gannon said earlier that Brown was “trending” toward playing, so we wouldn’t be surprised to see him suit up against the Steelers. His status will be one to monitor heading into Sunday when the team announces their inactives 90 minutes before kickoff.
  • NYJ Running Back #20
Hall was limited in practice on Wednesday and Thursday but upgraded to full on Friday. Despite the questionable tag, Hall isn’t at risk of missing Sunday’s contest against the Falcons. Having Tim Boyle under center doesn’t bode well for Hall’s overall fantasy outlook, but his volume alone should put him somewhere in the top-24 this week.
  • GB Running Back #33
AJ Dillon will draw another start with Jones not available. Dillon has 35 touches for 142 scoreless yards over the past two weeks. The volume has been there, but Dillon has been unable to find the end zone or break off many long runs, leaving him stranded on the RB2/3 border. He gets a tough matchup with the Chiefs this week, but the role is too good for most fantasy managers to pass on with six teams on bye.
  • GB Wide Receiver #11
Reed missed the first two days of practice but was able to get on the field Friday — presumably in a limited capacity. The rookie receiver who led the team with eight targets last week will officially be questionable, giving him a good shot at playing on Sunday against the Chiefs. Reed would be a fringe WR3/WR4 if active. In addition to Reed, the Packers also listed rookie Dontayvion Wicks as questionable with a knee injury.
  • PHI Tight End #88
This is big news for Goedert, who missed the first two practices to open the week and hasn’t played since suffering a broken arm in Week 9 against the Cowboys. Goedert’s injury came just before the Eagles’ bye, as he’s missed only two games thus far. He underwent surgery shortly after his injury but appears to have a chance to suit up on Sunday against the 49ers. We’ll see what kind of game-day status he carries heading into the weekend, but Philly’s TE1 appears to be set for a return sooner rather than later.
  • ARI Tight End #85
McBride was listed as limited on Thursday despite early reports of him not practicing. A second-straight practice on Friday should be enough to earn him a questionable tag and put him on track to play in Week 13 against the Steelers. If he’s active, McBride will be a must-start for those who have him. He’s finished as a top-12 fantasy tight end in four of his last seven games and has finished twice as a top-two tight end.
